"Place to Mingle" and associated names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Curative Designs LLC. All content, features, and functionality of the Platform not submitted by users — including software, text, graphics, and design — are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, as described in Section 11 of our Terms of Service. Use of our name or marks to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our prior written permission is not permitted.

4. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, see Section 10 of our Terms of Service for how to submit a notice to our designated agent, and for how to submit a counter-notification if your content was removed in error.
