Place to Mingle – Security Effective Date: September 18, 2026 Last Updated: September 18, 2026 We take the security of Place to Mingle (the "Platform") seriously. This page describes how we protect your information and how to report a security concern. 1. How We Protect Your Data All traffic to and from the Platform is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We use access controls to limit who can reach production systems and user data, and we monitor for suspicious activity on an ongoing basis. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — see our Privacy Policy, available at https://securetokenservice.com/Document/PrivacyPolicy?clientId=placetomingle_ux, for more on how we handle a security incident that affects your personal information. 2. Reporting a Security Issue If you believe you've found a security vulnerability affecting the Platform, please tell us before telling anyone else. Email placetomingle@gmail.com with: - A description of the issue and why you believe it's a vulnerability; - Steps to reproduce it; and - Any relevant screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept detail. We'll acknowledge good-faith reports and work to address confirmed issues. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty program, but we're grateful for responsible disclosure and will credit reporters who ask to be, once a fix is out. 3. Responsible Disclosure — What We Ask If you make a good-faith effort to comply with this page while researching or reporting an issue, we will not pursue legal action against you for that research. In return, please: - Give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and fix an issue before disclosing it publicly; - Avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting other users' data — a proof of concept should use an account you control; - Never attempt denial-of-service testing, spam, social engineering of our staff or users, or physical attacks against our facilities or people; and - Stop testing and contact us immediately if you do encounter another user's data. Testing that violates this section, or that is not undertaken in good faith to find and report a vulnerability, is not authorized and may be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. 4.
